When making an offer you should always consider the fixtures and fittings you wish to stay with a property and any conditions you may have should your offer be accepted.
You now need to instruct a solicitor. This is one of the most important decisions you will have to make, choosing a good solicitor who communicates well with all parties during the purchase process is essential.
